Private Camps

First, decide which camp you’d prefer, and select your top 2 Private Camp date requests.

Next, click here to download the 2024 Private Camp Team Roster. Fill it out in its entirety, and save it as “Your Team Name – Team Roster”. You’ll need to attach it to your registration form submission.

Each member of your team will need a printed and completed Medical Release and General Release form. These can be mailed in to us prior to camp, or collected in-person prior to starting Day 1 of your camp.

Traditional Private Camps (held at school site) include:

  • Custom schedule by coach and team for dance class instruction, officer leadership class, and technique.
  • Schedule is 8:30-4:30.
  • Years at Camp Awards
  • Outstanding Dancer Awards
  • All-Star Selections
  • Custom choreography at an additional cost.

Elite Private Camps (held at school site) include:

  • 4 Day Elite Schedule
  • One dinner per dancer (Day Three)
  • 4 – 8 AAS routines
  • 1 custom routine or an additional AAS routine
  • Game Day Routines and practice time
  • Breakout Classes
  • Officer Leadership Class
  • Ribbons for Individual Evaluations
  • Trophies for Home Routine and Competition Routine evaluations
  • Years at Camp Awards
  • All-Star Selections

Flat Rate Camp Costs (8 person minimum):

  • 1 Day Camp – $840.00
  • 2 Day Camp – $1,240.00
  • 3 Day Camp – $1,480.00
  • 4 Day Camp – $1,560.00
  • 5 Day Camp – $1,760.00

Per Person Camp Costs (teams with more than 8 members):

  • 1 Day Camp – $105.00 Per Camper
  • 2 Day Camp – $155.00 Per Camper
  • 3 Day Camp – $185.00 Per Camper
  • 4 Day Camp – $195.00 Per Camper
  • 5 Day Camp – $220.00 Per Camper

A NONREFUNDABLE deposit of $75 is due with registration. No refunds will be given within 14 days of the first day of camp.
