I understand my team is responsible for the instructor’s hotel accommodations if the instructor's residence is more than 30 minutes from the camp location. If accommodations are required, follow the safety guidelines below:
1. Provide AAS at least 2 possible hotel locations for approval of accommodations.

2. Hotel must have indoor room access only.

3. Reservations (Check-In) will begin the day BEFORE the first day of camp and Check-Out will be on the last day of camp.

*for safety purposes staff may NOT stay in a residence provided by the coach
