  • Please download the TEAM ROSTER & ROOMING LIST Excel file, fill out both pages/worksheets, save it as "TEAM ROSTER & ROOMING LIST - SCHOOL NAME" and attach it here before you submit this form. If you are not staying on campus, you do not need to fill out the Rooming List worksheet. Please do not submit this file until it is completed. If you are not ready to submit the completed file upon submitting your registration form, you can e-mail it to ashley@americanallstar.com at a later date.
