American All-Star is proud to announce the All-Star Dance Convention to be held in New Orleans, Louisiana on Saturday, April 12, 2008. This one day workshop will feature classes and choreography by the co-founders of Flow 40 Dance Workshops. Dancers will receive exposure to Los Angeles style choreography, including master dance classes in jazz, lyrical and hip hop, as well as break-out technique sessions.

Grant Chenok and Nick Drago began Flow 40 Dance Workshops after they completed their Bachelor of Performing Arts Degrees from Oklahoma City University. They both reside in Los Angeles, and work as professional dancers and actors. Collectively, these two performers have experience in dance companies and productions including: the West Coast Premier of Footloose, the Pussycat Dolls music video Don’t Cha, Guys and Dolls, Oklahoma, Houston Dance Theatre’s the Nutcracker, and numerous other film and television appearances. Check out their website, www.flow40dance.com.

The New Orleans All-Star Dance Convention is the second of its type. American All-Star previously hosted a weekend convention in Panama City over Labor Day weekend in September 2007. The weekend was a huge success, where Grant and Nick had a lasting impact on upcoming performers.

Registration and payment details will be available to download mid-February. Until then, please contact Allison Nihart with any questions at allison@americanallstar.com or 985-951-8600.
