Leadership Luncheon

On the second day of each university camp, team leaders will enjoy an informal lunch with select members of the American All-Star staff, to touch on some topics that are the foundation of good leadership and team dynamics. As we all know, good peer leadership can make a real difference in the success of the team and the ease of the sponsor!

This activity is designed to give team leaders, namely Captains and Co-Captains, an opportunity to get together and discuss leadership techniques and dance instruction. The main topic varies from summer-to-summer, but discussions will touch on subjects like team building, motivation, discipline, sponsor support, and dance instruction. These will be lead by Ashley Bowman, a five year American All-Star staff instructor, member and leader of her high school, college and professional dance teams, and now a member of the American All-Star Administrative Staff.
