American All-Star is a rapidly growing company in the athletic performance team industry. We are a multi-faceted national company that conducts both university and private instructional training camps throughout the United States. Our staff is comprised of well-trained professionals and is selected annually from a field of hundreds of applicants. To be eligible, you must be graduating or have graduated high school by May 2017. In addition to our rigorous camp and competition schedule, American All-Star offers the most prestigious performance opportunities to our staff and All-Star Team. We are diversified in that we produce and direct special events, as well as conduct “Goodwill Performances” in the United States and abroad. The level of talent, professionalism, and commitment necessary for us to produce intricate events is a testament to our staff.
Our staff members are not only performers; they are choreographers, teachers, supervisors, counselors and role models. In addition to teaching routines, our staff is expected to instill leadership, teamwork and the importance of a positive mental attitude. Staff members also aid in the selection of the American All-Star Performance Team, which is made up of the most outstanding members from each team that attends American All-Star camps.

Alexandra is from Kenner, Louisiana and attends the University of Mississippi, majoring in Engineering- Pre-Med. Alexandra has 17 years of studio dance experience. She was a member of her high school dance and cheerleading teams. Alexandra was in the pointe piece in UL’s State of la Danse, and has 2 years of flag experience. She also has 16 years of tumbling experience.
Amy is from Alexandria, Louisiana and attends LSU, majoring in Mass Communication- Public Relations with a Minor in Business. She has been dancing for 11 years at Cenla Academy of Performing Arts and was a member of her high school dance team. Amy has trained at millennium dance complex in L.A. with Wildabeast and Janelle Ginstra.
Asha is from New Orleans, Louisiana and attends University of New Orleans, majoring in Mass Comm Broadcasting. She has been dancing for 12 years and was a member of her high school dance team and was a member of a college hip hop team.
Aunja is from New Orleans, Louisiana and attends LSU, majoring in English. She has 3 years of studio dance experience and was a 4 year member of her high school dance team. Aunja is also a 4 year member of the LEGACY Dancers of LSU. She has 9 years of cheerleading experience and was a cheerleader in the movie Big Momma’s House 2.
Courtney is from Reserve, Louisiana. She attended Southeastern Louisiana University and was a member of the Lionette Dance Team. Courtney has 15 years of studio dance experience and was a 4 year member of her high school dance team. Courtney also danced in the New Orleans Southern Voices Project 3 years.
Emily is from Covington, Louisiana and attends Louisiana State University, majoring in Elementary Education. She has been dancing for 19 years with both studio and dance team experience. Emily was a member of her high school dance team and a company member at Body Expressions in Mandeville, Louisiana where she also taught. She has won scholarships at various dance conventions and has danced in New York City and Los Angeles. Emily’s ultimate goal in life is to be the best teacher possible.
Gabby is from Meridian, Mississippi and attends Louisiana State University, majoring in Elementary Education. She has been dancing for 17 years at different studios in Mississippi. Gabby has danced in the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade with Spirit of America from 2010-2012. She has also competed in Dixie Dance Masters Competition where she received the title of Most Talented. Gabby cheered for 3 years in High School winning one State title.
Jacelyn is from Gonzales, Louisiana and attends the University of South Alabama, majoring in Metereology. She has been competitively dancing since she was 5 years old at Center Stage Performing Arts Academy in Gonzales. Jacely was also a member of her Jr. High and High School dance teams. In high school she was squad leader. Lt. Captain, and then Captain of the dance team.
Jasmine is from Jackson, Mississippi and started dancing at the age of 8 years old At Anderson Methodists church in Ridgeland Ms. She then moved on to dance with the Bridget Archer Performing Arts Company, traveling to places such as New York City and Washington DC with the company at the Lincoln center and Carnegie Hall. During her years in high school, she was a member and two year Co-Captain of her school’s dance team. After high school, her passion for dance continued to grow as she joined one of the oldest dance teams in Mississippi, The Hinds Hi-Steppers, as she served three years on the team as Section Leader. After graduating from Hinds Community College, she went off to study professional and commercial dance at The University of North Texas, as well as performing at local gigs and events. She now continues to train heavily in Commercial Hip Hop and Jazz Funk dance and is an instructor in hip hop and lyrical at local studios in the Jackson, MS and surrounding areas.
Jessica is from Morgan City, Louisiana and attends the University of Louisiana at Lafayette, majoring in Nursing. She has been dancing in the studio since age 2 and has taught studio dance for 4 years. Jessica was also a member of UL’s Ragin’ Jazz for 2 years.
Jessica is from Metairie, Louisiana and attends Southeastern Louisiana University, majoring in Speech Pathology. She has been dancing for 16 years and a dance teacher for 4 years. Jessica was on her high school dance team and trained at Dancer’s Pointe in Metairie, LA. Her ultimate goal in life is to be a dance team coach.
Katie is from Waggaman, Louisiana and attends the University of Southern Mississippi, majoring in Dance (Performance/Choreography) and Business. Katie has been dancing for 16 years at Dance Unlimited of the River Parishes and began competing at the age of six. She has been choreographing since the age of ten. Katie was also a member and officer for her High School dance team.
Kaylynn is from Paulina, Louisiana and attends Louisiana State University, majoring in Biology with a minor in Dance & Communication Studies. Kaylynn has been dancing for 17 years with 6 years of competitive dance experience at Jamie’s Dance Dimensions. She was a 4 year member of her high school dance team and served as Captain her senior year.
Laura is from Covington, Louisiana and attends Louisiana Southeastern University, majoring in Nursing. She has seven years of studio dance experience, including one year of competitive dance. Laura was also has two years of dance team experience which included field shows both years. She was a Junior Olympic competitive gymnast for 8 years and got to travel throughout the south and the southern east coast, and even competed twice at Disney World. Laura has also twice earned a spot on the Louisiana State team and competed at both the regional and eastern regional level.
Leah is from Slidell, Louisiana and attends Louisiana State University, majoring in Advertising with a minor in Fashion Merchandising. Leah started dancing when she was just 2 years old. In High School she joined a precision kick team and danced on the team for five years, serving as co-captain her junior year then captain her senior year. Leah also choreographed for the varsity and junior varsity dance teams, the theater program, and other school productions.
Mary is from Metairie, Louisiana and attends Northwestern State, majoring in Theatre and Dance and Mass Communication. She has been dancing for 15 years with 14 years of studio experience. Mary was also a 4 year member of her high school dance team. She has performed in the Regional Highschool Dance Festival Showcase and in The Wizard of Oz at Rivertown Theatre. Mary’s ultimate goal is to graduate from college with a Theatre and Dance major and go to New York to audition for a Broadway show.
Molly is from Harvey, Louisiana and attends Louisiana State University, majoring in Pre-Med/Dermatology. She has been dancing for 16 years and was a member of her middle and high schoold dance teams. Molly was selected out of 2000 theater students to perform in New York for ITheatrics where we filmed Choreography Videos for various Disney Productions. She is a member of Dari Pennino’s Competitive Dancing School Team and has been able to travel to competitions in Los Angeles, New York, Mississippi and Louisiana for the past two years. Molly has trained at Broadway Dance Center in New York and The Edge Dance Center in Los Angeles.
Morgan is from Luling, Louisiana and attends the University of New Orleans, majoring in Management – Human Resource. She has been dancing for 19 years and teaching competitive dance for 1 year.
Nadia is from Mandeville, Louisiana and attends LSU, majoring in Interdisciplinary Studies with concentrations in communications, sociology, and dance. After college, Nadia hopes to attend LSU Graduate school to get her graduate certificate in strategic communications. Nadia began dancing at the age of 2 at a ballet focused dance studio. As she got older, Nadia expanded into other styles and began auditioning for summer companies around the country. When she was 11 years old, Nadia had the opportunity to dance with Ballet Magnificat through her dance company. At age 13 Nadia was Clara in the Nutcracker after being a part of the show since she was younger. Nadia continued to train with the ballet studio and then moved on to dance competitively. She is now a 3 year member of the LSU Tiger Girls.
Reagan is from Baton Rouge, Louisiana and attends Louisiana State University, majoring in Business/Finance. Reagan’s dance career began when she tried out for her middle school dance team in the sixth grade with no previous dance experience. Upon making the team, she immediately fell in love with dancing and has remained on a dance team ever since. Reagan was a 4 year member of her high school dance team and held an officer position for three of those years. She has danced in a parade in Walt Disney World through Varsity Spirit Spectacular and has also danced in the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade in New York City with Spirit of America productions.
Re’Jon is from Laplace, Louisiana and attends Southeastern Louisiana University, majoring in Kinesiology with a concentration in Fitness and Human Performance. She is also a member of the Southeastern dance team and has won a National Championship for UDA D1 division. Re’Jon trained at Yvonne’s Direction in Dance in Lutcher, Louisiana and has been dancing for 17 years.
Taylor is from Houma, Louisiana and attends Louisiana State University, majoring in Psychology with a minor in Dance. Taylor has been dancing since the age of 7. For 12 years, she trained and competed for Paddy Danos School of Dance and Tina Chauvin’s School of Dance, both in Houma, LA. Taylor was a 3 year member of her high school’s dance team and a 5 year member of the colorguard/winterguard. Upon arriving at LSU, Taylor was recruited for the Tiger Band and was a member of the LSU Color Guard for 2 years.
Valerie is from Mandeville, Louisiana and attends LSU, majoring in Animal Science and Technology. She was a 4-year member of her high school dance team and was an officer for 2 years. She danced at Northshore Academy of Dance for 15 years.
Ragan is from Madisonville, Louisiana and attends Louisiana State University, majoring in Elementary Education. She has 17 years of studio dance experience and 12 years of competitive dance experience.
Hannah is from Mandeville, Louisiana and attends LSU, majoring in Mass Communications with minors in Business and History. Hannah has danced for 18 years with 7 years of competitive dance experience. She became a certified dance instructor when she was 16 and choreographed her first competition dance the following year. Hanna was also a cheerleader in high school and the team’s choreographer.
Kristine is from Reserve, Louisiana and attends The University of Louisiana Monroe, majoring in Medical Laboratory Science. Kristine has been dancing for 16 years. She was a 3 year member of her high school dance team and served as captain her senior year. Kristine also received the American All-Star award 3 years. Should would love to be a dance team sponsor one day.
Kamryn is from Paulina, Louisiana and attends Louisiana State University, majoring in Dental Hygiene. Kamryn began dancing at Yvonne’s Directions in Dance when she was four years old. She went on to dance competitively for five years. Kamryn was also a member of both her junior high and high school dance teams.
Linzy is from Picayune, Mississippi. She began dancing in the seventh grade on her junior high dance team. She continued to dance throughout middle school, high school, and college. Linzy was captain her senior year of high school and her sophomore year of college. She has been a teacher at Sunni’s Elite Dance Academy for three years.
Kassie is from Lutcher, Louisiana and attends LSU, majoring in Elementary Education with a minor in Special Education. She has been dancing for 19 years with 11 years of competitive dance experience. Kassie was the captain of her high school dance team.
Taylor is from Belle Chasse, Louisiana and attends South College School of Pharmacy. She has been dancing for 19 years with 15 years of studio experience. Taylor was also a 2 year member of her collegiate dance team.
Kayla is from Central, Louisiana. She has been dancing for 22 years with 11 years of teaching and assisting experience.
